Brief Description |
| BHU-ADHIGRAHAN |
A
Land Acquisition Information System designed and developed
at NIC, Purba Medinipur District Centre
PLATFORM : VB.NET and Sql Server2k
FEATURES :
1. Integration of ROR Data from BHUCHITRA with BHU-ADHIGRAHAN.
2. Bilingual interface with generation of reports in both
English and Bengali.
3. Creation and Assignment of User Levels with respective
permissions.
Implemented on a pilot basis for a live acquisition of 115
acres of land by the district administration and also distributed
to other districts for implementation. |

(BHUMI) |
Computerization
of the various activities of Land and Land Records Dept. |
| COSA
(Computerisation of Salary Accounts) |
This
software has been developed at WB State centre for the standardization
salary accounts in the State. Generation of Monthly Pay bills,
pay slips, summary bills and various schedules are done by
this software for each DDO. |

Site
prepared and software implemented at the District Consumer
and Redressal Forum to automate the work of the concerned
department. |
| CORD(Computerised
Registration of Documents) |
Computerized Registration of Properties & Land. All registrars
and sub-registrars are registering documents through CORD.
E-Registration implemented in all 18 Registration Offices. |
| FCMS(Fertilizer
Control and Management System) |
This
software is used by the Principal Agriculture Office and Sub-Divisional
Offices for entry of authorization and renewal of fertilizer
manufacturers and dealers .The software shall also be used
for online fertilizer registration. |
| MGNREGS
(Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Gaurantee Scheme) |
Software
implemented up to the GP Level ,training imparted in phases
and regular data uploading is done. |
| AGMARKNET
(Agriculture and Marketing Network) |
This
project has been implemented at the office of District Agriculture
Marketing Officer . Daily market price of selected items being
uploaded for the Regulated Market Committee. |
| GUN
LICENSE INFORMATION SYSTEM |
The
objective of this project is to create a database of the arms
license issued, monitor issue of new arms licenses, renewal
of licenses. |
| VAHAN |
This
project is facilitating online Registration of Vehicles and
online Collection of Road Taxes and other miscellaneous taxes.
This ensures increase of Government Revenue and brings transparency
in the departmental work. |
