Name of work:  1) Day-to-day maintenance of Haldia Bhawan alongwith caretaker and Janitor room. 2)Temporary supply, installation, annual maintenance and operation of  25 kva, 415v, 3ph green diesel generator (soundproof) and operation & maintenance of existing a c system, geyser and all electrical installations 3) housekeeping, sweeping, cleaning, up keeping  of  kitchen,  existing  gardens, plantation &  catering service including monitoring , surveillance , beautification, operation and maintenance of Haldia Bhawan & surveillance of Haldia Bhawan at Haldia Township 4)Operation, maintenance, repairing, servicing, fault finding, rectification and necessary maintenance of submersible pump under HDA.
